Powerful Mixing
Super-sturdy and durable, a powerful motor means that no matter what type of showstopper you have planned, from Genoese sponges or meringues to pancakes or wholemeal bread this machine will soon be your most trusted kitchen companion. Its 100% metal gears ensure durability long-life. And with 12 different speed settings, from ultra-slow kneading to rapid whisking, the Bakery Boss is perfect, whatever you’re mixing. Internal sensors also detect when heavy batters are being mixed and automatically adjust power to maintain the selected speed.
The Bakery Boss creams butter and other sticky ingredients with ease, leaving nothing out and creating lighter, fluffier mixes, and a timer counts up or down so accuracy is assured. The beater is designed with dual scraper fins, and engineered to perfectly fit the shape of the bowl, scraping 100% of the mixture and cutting mixing time by 60% when compared with standard beaters. This means a lighter, fluffier mix, every time.
Planetary Mixing Action
Similar to commercial machines, the Bakery Boss features a planetary mixing action. This means that the head moves in a counter-clockwise direction, while the attachments whisk, beat, cream and knead in a clockwise direction. This helps ensure every inch of the bowl gets the attention it needs, and ensuring lighter, better aerated mixes for better bakes.
Brilliant Bowl Illumination
