Patissier Bowl

The 4.9 litre mixing bowl is made from high quality stainless steel – it comes with a stainless steel Sabatier® dough blade, a whisk and a spatula and the clear glass lid locks on to prevent clouds of flour rising while it works. A feed hole with cap allows you to add ingredients as required, and there’s enough room inside to whisk up to a dozen egg whites to peaks of perfection.

3 Food Processing Bowls

Made from crystal-clear BPA-free Tritan, the bowls and lids are robust and easy to clean. With an extra-wide feed tube for whole or large chunks of fruit, veg or cheese, the largest bowl can chop up to 1.4kg of vegetables, meat or fish, or blend 1.8 litres of soup. The two larger bowls come with Sabatier® blades for longer-lasting sharpness and the mini bowl has a blade so precise it can chop one clove of garlic.

Simple To Use

Magimix have retained their super-simple push-button controls – Auto, Pulse & Stop and there are two hardback recipe books to guide you through a vast repertoire of cookery styles with ease – from the simplest, super-smooth mayonnaise to the complexities of slow-rising canelés, fruit Charlotte and macaroons.

Powerful Motor

The super-efficient and ultra-quiet commercial-grade induction motor automatically adjusts to the task in hand to power through recipes, and there’s a thermal failsafe cut-out switch that automatically switches the motor off if you leave it running for too long.
