First impression was far too small to be of any practical use, but actually they work well. Used on dishes of left overs, pyrex bowls & up to a breakfast size plate. Covered Sourdough banneton & loaf tin to cold ferment in fridge, & even used 1 to cover watermelon after sliced. I save on lots clingfilm & can put them straight over bowl/plate rather than dig around in cupboard to find right size container with a fitting lid. "Handy and Eco-friendly" star star star star star These useful covers are easy to stretch out and pop over bowls and tubs of varying sizes, saving clingfilm and keeping the contents fresh and clean, in and out of the fridge. I've used them for defrosting foods in the microwave, and heating sauces - a tomato-based sauce left one stained after washing, but that's not unusual. They wash well in the dishwasher, but sometimes need extra drying around the elasticated edges, mainly if there was not enough room in the load to spread them out well. "Amazing Reusable Bowl Covers" star star star star star These bowl covers are amazing. The different sizes can be used on most bowls/tins. They fit snuggly over the container and the elastic edges ensure the cover stays in place. I put chopped lettuce in a bowl with the cover over and it stayed green and did not wilt for over three days. My daughter also used one for her dog food tin and that also gave an excellent seal. The covers are also dishwasher safe in the top rack. Using much less clingfilm and foil now. "Great product" star star star star star very handy addition to the kitchen and definitely reduces the amount of dishes to wash. When we have leftovers just pop one of the bowl covers on and voila. No more putting food into Tupperware dishes and also having the original bowl to wash. Saves a lot of cupboard space - which is prime real estate in our house. Thanks Lakeland.
