The Impress Puck System

Sage's innovative Puck System is made up of three key components: intelligent dosing, precision measurement and assisted tamping. The smart dosing system automatically works out and adjusts the dosage of coffee grounds, based on your last grind to reduce guesswork and deliver consistently good coffee. And with 10kg of pressure and a 7° ‘barista twist' for a clean tamp surface, you'll get a precise dose and a nice even coffee puck each time, meaning less mess, as well as less fuss.

30 precision grind settings

Almost every ingredient tastes better when fresh, and coffee is no exception. As coffee beans begin to release their natural oils as soon as they're ground, this guarantees you the freshest possible coffee. There are 30 integrated grind settings, giving you complete control over the coarseness of your grind to suit your preference.

Alternative milk settings

Auto MilQ features three new alternative milk settings which calibrate air injection time and temperature specific to the type of milk you choose. So whether you prefer almond, oat, soy or good old-fashioned cow's milk, the Sage Barista Touch Impress has got you covered.

Powerful automatic steam wand

The automatic steam wand allows you to adjust the milk temperature between 40°C to 75°C and eight levels of texture to suit your taste. It delivers silky smooth microfoam with millions of micro bubbles to enhance the flavour of the coffee - essential for creating latte art.
