In addition to having a big stop/start button, the large digital screen is really clear and easy to read, and setting the times and volume is straightforward too.

Magnetic or freestanding

With integrated magnets at the back, you can choose to pop the timer on the fridge so it's right at eye-level, or it can be used self-standing on a flat surface, whatever's most convenient for you.

"Large display and nice loud noise"

This is a fantastic timer (it counts up and down, depending on how you want to use it). The volume ranges from silent to quieter, medium and loud. Loud is very loud! My mum bought one too as her oven has a ridiculous quiet timer. We both love them. I also like that it has the option of being magnetic or can be used with its built-in stand. It's sturdy and I expect it to last a lifetime. It runs on 2 AA batteries (not included).

I have bought a number of timers over the years but none of them has been loud enough to be audible if you aren’t close by. This Lakeland timer can be heard easily from a distance (and the volume is adjustable). The display is nice and clear too and it’s easy to use so I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent timer. It stands up sturdily on the stand. Has a lovely loud alarm that my hard of hearing husband is impressed with. Really simple and easy to use buttons that work, unlike some other timers. Would highly recommend.
