This MasterClass Cast Aluminium Roasting Pan with handles is practical and reliably sturdy. Behind its brilliant black appearance, however, you'll find this roaster has the power to revolutionise the way you cook.
Even heat distribution
There are two things you need to know. First, it's made of cast aluminium. This material is seriously strong compared to everyday aluminium, but is lightweight and great at distributing heat evenly across its surface. The result is a roasting tray that's easy to handle, but produces crisp, succulent roasts from Sunday, to Christmas, and beyond.
Super scratch-resistant
Secondly, it's extremely abrasion resistant. Two layers of a special scratch-proof non-stick coating ensure a lifetime of easy cleaning, and fuss-free food release.
Built to last
