Having a pair of kitchen tongs handy is always useful, and the Lakeland Small Tongs are an excellently nifty kitchen tool. Thanks to their dinky size, the tongs are lightweight and easy to use. You simply flip up to release and flip down to lock – they're perfect to use one-handed if you've just touched raw meat while cooking.
The tongs are heat-resistant to 200°C, and the non-stick silicone tips will protect your cookware from damage. Their compact size allows for more precise control, ensuring that delicate foods don't break apart. This makes them ideal for flipping and turning smaller food items such as prawns, delicate fish, bacon rashers, and grilled vegetables.
You could also use the Lakeland Small Tongs to serve food. Pop them alongside a sharing-size leafy green salad or a bread basket filled with hot, crusty bread rolls for your guests to help themselves. And cleaning the tongs afterwards is a breeze as they're dishwasher friendly.

I purchased two pairs of tongs knowing that a previous purchase was ideal for reaching into jars eg for Gherkins or bags for soft dried fruit. I have learned that if I like something, repeat the purchase just in case, in the future it is no longer available.
Used a few times now and they are the perfect size. No more struggling with the longer size for doing smaller jobs. I use mine for turning food in the airfryer too.
Ordered these on the app. They seem okay. They're listed as Small Tongs online, but the packaging stated Mini Tongs. I returned them through EVRI as per instructions. You book a day and then have to await an email giving you a time slot for pick-up. I never received an email and despite numerous emails/phone calls/ and online chat, I eventually took the tongs to a Post Office. Still awaiting my refund. So if I have any returns in future, I'll be using a drop- off point.
Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that the tongs were too big for you. You can a safe placed collection/delivery point on the Evri app. This would then maen that you'd not need to wait for the courier. I'll be in touch about the refund
I like small tongs for turning bacon, burgers etc. As I have arthritis I find them easier to use. I always have two as usually I have one in the dish washer, this one is a spare, and is fine.
