"Disappointment"

Brought in Norwich store just before Christmas. Worked a couple of times then started to push cork into bottle. Took it back to store on 23 January 2025 where they kindly exchanged for a new one. The replacement again worked a couple times but once again has now started to push cork into bottle. Is this a design fault.

I'm really disappointed with this product. I've successfully opened a bottle of wine twice but the rest of the time I've reverted to my traditional opener. Maybe I'm not tall enough or sufficiently strong to be in the right position for it to function smoothly but I wish I hadn't bought it.

"Disappointed"

Love the design of this corkscrew and thought it would impress guests when invited however only managed to get a few uses out of it before it started pushing the cork into the bottle. Ended up having to bin it which was a real shame. I'm sure this might have been a one off and if I were to buy another one it would probsbly work perfectly. If that was the case didn't I'ld happily change my review. In general I have never had a issue with any Lakeland products and would recommend the store to anyone
