About the author

Adriana Cavita's first full-time job at just 19 was at Pujol, currently ranked #9 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants. Adriana then worked under Ferran Adrià as chef de partie at El Bulli in Spain before realising her dream of opening her own restaurant, Cavita, in London. Cavita represents Adriana's outstanding training and the knowledge she gained on her trips throughout Mexico.
