Lakeland Electric Citrus Juicer 600ml

Very quiet, easy to use, very quick. I would highly recommend this juicer.

I have chronic Arthritis and have been having lots of trouble with strength (lack of) in my hands. This little 'helper' is absolutely PERFECT for me. I have even bought bags of lemons and also limes to juice and freeze (in ice cube trays) for future use. I frequently prep. and batch cook for economy and also to have ingredients (herbs etc.) in the freezer ready at hand.. I would highly recommend this juicer even for strong hands ! Lakeland - if you were able to add a zester attachment it would be just amazing.and even more than 'perfect' !

I bought this because I was impressed by a friend's electric citrus juicer. But that was a heavy, metal beast from Spain, which extracted every last drop of juice from each half of fruit. This one doesn't. I don't know if it's the design of the rotating "squeezer" heads, or just that they're too small or under-powered, but there's always a lot of flesh left inside the skins, however long you give it. I end up trying to manipulate the fruit on the machine to get at those parts, or just squeezing them by hand, which defeats the point of the machine. But, it's easy to assemble, use - and wash.
