"Tortilla press" star star star star star_border There were no instructions relating to how this worked, although it’s pretty obvious that you put the dough on one side and use the other side to cover it, and then use the handle to supply force to squash the dough into a circular shape. It works, however I was disappointed that it didn’t produce a thin enough tortilla. Perhaps the presses made of cast iron would have exerted more pressure and produced a thinner, larger tortilla. I will continue to use it and try different combinations to achieve the perfect tortilla.
