Reading the two previous reviews re size of wooden toothpick - just to let you know that wooden toothpicks of the right size can be found at larger high street chemists.
This case is stylish and compact and ideal for my husband to use in a restaurant. We have replacement toothpicks ready to use, hopefully.
I bought the Silver plated toothpick case for my father a couple of years ago and he loved it, BUT we have the same problem as the other review. The case is no longer in use as we are unable to get toothpicks to fit even standard cocktail sticks do not fit. We have tried all sorts. If Lakeland can find a solution to the problem it would be appreciated as it is an extremely useful gift.I have given it 4 stars for its usefulness when you have sticks to fit!

I bought this product a few years ago, and it has proved extremely useful. However, it is now gathering dust at the back of a drawer since I cannot get hold of wooden picks.Unfortunately the new improved picks that Lakeland sell now do not fit this old-style case.
