Typhoon Elements White Quartz-Effect Hob Protector - Set of 2

Unlike many of the other reviews, I didn't like the legs. I have a ceramic hob, and I found the protectors looked very odd with the legs, as they were far too high. However, I appreciate that other electric/gas hobs may need height. I packed my legs away safely and laid the protectors flat on the hob. They look brilliant and give a much cleaner line to the kitchen worktops. If I had any negative note it would be simply I would have liked the silver flakes to be smaller as I think they are a little bit 'chavvy' however, that is purely a personal point of view . They definitely deserve 5 stars

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted and the Typhoon Hob Protector has been a bit of a revelation. It not only protects our induction hob but provides for the flexible use of the hob as additional worktop space. We also utilise the Hob Protector as a worktop protector for our new quartz worktop. Our hob is 900mm wide and we are considering purchasing another Typhoon to allow us to fully cover it.

I bought these so I could protect the hob whilst also being able to use the area. we had a small gathering last week and used them on the hob to put the sandwiches and other party fayre on. worked brilliantly. so glad I purchased them.
