There's no better way to 'fry' your favourite food with little to no oil than using an air fryer. However, cleaning it afterwards can be a pain. That's where the Fritaire Self‐Cleaning Halogen Air Fryer comes in. Able to clean itself so you don't have to, cleaning the inside of the bowl is as easy as cooking a batch of chips.
No need for soaking and scrubbing ‐ this clever air fryer cleans itself. Just add some water and a drop of washing up liquid into the glass bowl ‐ no higher than where the rotisserie shaft would sit ‐ and set the machine to any of the pre‐set cooking functions. Watch it heat and swirl the water by itself, lifting the grease and dirt from the inside of the bowl. Then all you have to do is rinse, dry, and you're ready to fry.
Able to cook at temperatures up to 200°C, the halogen heater creates a hot convection whirlwind that swirls around the inside of the bowl to cook your food evenly and consistently. Because the tempered glass bowl is completely transparent, there's no need to open and close the air fryer to check your food's progress. That means no loss of precious heat and quicker, crispier meals.

I didn't anticipate enjoying this so much. (My previous branded air fryer was a large, pricey standard model, which I found to be cumbersome, difficult to clean, and generally inconvenient) Till I acquired this self cleaning one. It's adorable. I use it practically every day
So pleased with my Fritaire Air Fryer. It cooks food to perfection, and you can watch it cooking, so no more burnt offerings! Love that it so easy to clean and no worry of horrible chemical releases in my food. AND it looks so cool and stylish in my kitchen, so I don’t have to hide it away in a cupboard!
I had wanted an air fryer that was free of chemical non-stick coatings etc. that do goodness knows what at high temperatures. This was full of promise, and it ticked lots of boxes. It made a lovely portion of chips in the rotating basket. However, it stopped working 30mins later, never to work again. Nothing worked at all, no matter what I tried to do. It is currently boxed up to be returned. The basket and wire shelf feel a bit flimsy too. Very glad to have bought through Lakeland, which is great for customer service. Otherwise, this would have been a very expensive portion of chips.
