Despite being made of solid metal they are surprisingly light and handle well. The non-stick surface of the pans is amazing, making cooking a breeze and cleansing effortless. There is good even distribution of heat from the hob into pan contents, with the pan handles remaining cool. To be able to see into the pans, as they cook contents, through the glass lids is fantastic. "Ninja ZEROSTICK 5-Piece Pan Collection" star star star star star_border I started using the product two weeks ago and have mainly used the Frying Pan. To be honest I think I may need an anaesthetic to have the pan surgically removed from my hand as I love it so much. I followed the instructions of warming the pan prior to use and have never added any cooking oil to the pans at all. The chicken cooked on a medium heat was very good, then adding vegetables to it made a meal for one very easy. Cleaning afterwards was simplicity itself where warm water and a cloth wiped away all traces of the food just cooked. Would I recommend the product? "Not fit for purpose" star star star_border star_border star_border I bought this pan set in January of this year and I have tried to get used to them. I needed new pots and as they were in a sale at £176.99 I thought I was getting a very good bargain. I found out straight away that the handles are too heavy and you have to be very careful to make sure the pot is evenly standing on the cooker ring or it will easily fall over. When you want to have a look inside the pans when cooking, you can't touch the handles at all as they are red hot and you have to use a oven glove. I gave two stars as they are good looking pots and they look sturdy but not fit for use. support_agent A note from the team Thanks for your review. Ninja do recommend putting the pans on a lower heat to prevent the gas overheating the handles. I've emailed to help.
"Work fine but not built to last" star star star_border star_border star_border After less than two years the lining edge of every single one of these pans was peeling away and I would have expected more from Ninja. "16cm pans not suitable for Wren supplied induction hob." star star_border star_border star_border star_border The milk pan and smallest lidded pan measuring 16cm do not work on Wren kitchen supplied induction hob. The two bigger pans and the fry pan work fine. After calling in their repair agent, his 16cm pan with a flat bottom, worked perfectly. I was told the fault was due to the dimple base of this size pan not having enough surface contact with induction.
