"A little Gem" star star star star star This is a great storage box, nice clear plastic very firm spring loaded lid. I have tried it with liquid inside to see if it is leak proof at present it is 100% leak proof. I hope that the lid will remain this secure, however with Lakeland’s 3 year guarantee it wouldn’t put me off purchasing more of them. A great size for a wide range of needs either storing foods or in the bathroom with cotton wool balls for example. This is said to be stackable but I’d question how stable it would be as the bottom of the box is slippy and when I placed it on top of the smaller box it did move around a lot. support_agent A note from the team This review has been written by a myLakeland club member who received a free product sample from us, along with a request for their honest opinion, good or bad, because our customers' feedback is invaluable to us in building our range.
"Great product" star star star star star This container, and the 1.8L container in the same range are fabulous! I struggle with jars with twist off lids and even some lift off lids, because of arthritis in my hands. These container lids are just great, so easy to open and close and with a good airtight seal too.
"Good and airtight" star star star star star_border This airtight storage box is a really handy and perfect for keeping crackers fresh or for foods like muesli or home baking ingredients. It is a little small but a good size fit for kitchen shelves. I particularly like to store nuts or chia seeds in it support_agent A note from the team This review has been written by a myLakeland club member who received a free product sample from us, along with a request for their honest opinion, good or bad, because our customers' feedback is invaluable to us in building our range.
"Lakeland square container" star star star star star_border Brought these to replace the oxo containers! And they seem to be doing the job off keeping caster sugar etc and the seal holds. So pleased with them.
"Not airtight" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I have stored various types of sugar in branded airtight containers for over 50 years and decided to treat myself to some new Dry Food Storage Containers as they were on offer (otherwise too expensive) and my containers were showing signs of wear after all that time of perfection. Very upset that the new containers do not keep the sugars properly and I now have many lumps, especially in the caster sugar and require sieving to remove some of the lumps and the rest which could not be sieved were thrown into the waste food bin. Very upset. support_agent A note from the team We're not sure how this could have happened, but we're sorry to learn of your experience and we've passed your feedback onto our buying team.
