- Air fry – it uses EvenCrisp Technology to give you that deep-fried crunch without deep-frying. And it’s great for everything from cooking raw meat and fish to all your frozen favourites. Like calamari or scampi – and chips, of course
- Slow cook – for beautifully tender results from long, slow cooking of cheaper cuts of meat, as well as deep-flavoured stews, curries and casseroles.
- Pressure cook – saving you loads of time, it can cook your food up to 70% faster than conventional methods. And you can adjust the time, temperature and pressure settings to suit. With steam release button.
- Sauté – use this setting for browning meat or softening onions before adding other ingredients.

Delay timer and keep warm function

The delay start* timer function allows you to pop your ingredients into the Instant Pot in the morning, or the night before, and set it to start at the time you want – between 10 minutes and 24 hours. Even if you arrive home later than expected, the keep warm function (which can be set for up to 10 hours) will ensure you sit down to a hot dinner, and 11 built-in safety features ensure peace of mind, whatever your chosen cooking method.
