Nadiya thinks no cookware browns quite as well as cast iron does, and that’s because of how quickly and evenly it heats up. Cast iron retains heat really well too, helping to keep food for longer before you dish it up. Some cast iron cookware needs to be seasoned before it can be used, but Nadiya’s 425cm frying pan is pre-seasoned, ready to crack on with cooking your favourite dishes.

Easy to care for

Cast iron is a durable cooking material, and with a little loving care, your new skillet will last a lifetime. Just wash it by hand with warm soapy water, dry, then use a bit of kitchen roll to apply a thin coat of cooking oil to the inside to keep up with the seasoning. This quick bit of TLC will ensure this brilliant pan keeps getting better the more you use it.
