I have now used this pan a number of times in the oven and on the hob. I'm very happy with how it performed and with its sturdy material. I didn't buy it for its non - stick capability so wouldn't comment on that aspect but, for what I want, it's top class.
Bought a couple of months ago. Initially some issues with sticking Sunday roast potato's and parsnips. However I noticed that this was mostly with Pork. I like to roast our pots in the meat juices but pork fat was an issue. I now drain the fat (for disposal later) and wash the residue from the pan and then use clean oil heated in the tray first. Result no sticking. No major problems with beef or lamb and Sunday roast is great. I often leave the pan to soak over night if any hard bits left after dishing up and next morning they just wipe from pan. I am now very happy with this roasting tray.
