"A really beautiful knife"

star star star star star

This knife looks great on the website, but it’s even nicer in real life. It’s exquisitely made, with proper samurai vibes. It’s perfectly balanced and feels really comfortable to use, the blade is super sharp and it makes short work of everything. I saved a reasonable amount by signing up for My Lakeland membership, and with the multibuy offer, but these are justifiably expensive knives. The only downside is that they’re not dishwasher safe, which frankly is a small price to pay for the best knives I’ve ever used.

Fabulous product. Use it everyday. Quality product….and if you’re after a quality piece if kit for prepping, it’s definitely worth the price.

"excellent quality from lakeland"

star star star star star

I have been using the knife for about a week. I find it very light and sharp so it cuts evenly and cleanly from soft tomatoes to just baked bread; peanuts and beef are so much easier to chop and slice compared to my old trusty work horse. The blade’s hand-made finish means there is very little stiction with watery or starchy items which is just as well as I found I had to reteach myself not to run my finger near the razor like edge. I thought I might struggle with the handle as Im used to a more ergonomic feel but I found the knife easy to use and grip for normal family meal prep.

"Excellent allround Knife"

star star star star star

My first response on spotting the new range of knives was to think that this particular one might be a bit expensive. However over the last few days I have quickly come to realise that it is a very useful utensil to have at hand , as it can tackle all manner of jobs with precision and accuracy.Very lightweight to hold and easy to wash up .This has quickly become my go to knife, whether I am chopping nuts/herbs or preparing meat and vegetables .A great addition to the kitchen of any budding amatuer cook.
