What you get

• 18cm chef’s knife – the knife you’ll reach for most days for chopping meat, fish and vegetables.
• 20cm bread knife – for cutting through the thickest crusts, slicing cakes and slicing vegetables without squashing or tearing them.
• 12.5cm utility knife – a great little all-rounder – use it for chopping onions, carrots and other vegetables, slicing cheese, trimming fat off meat, and slicing fish.
• 2 x 9.5cm paring knives – a straight-edged knife for all those little jobs like chopping garlic and ginger, trimming mushrooms and slicing strawberries, and a serrated knife for cutting through tougher skins and rind, or slicing citrus fruits.
• 6cm peeling knife – a handy little knife for cleaning the dirt off mushrooms, peeling fruit and veg and scraping the seeds from vanilla pods.

Each one has a hand-sharpened, ultra-sharp, double-bevelled blade to chop, slice and peel food easily without it sticking.

With blades made from high-quality Japanese steel for sharpness and durability, and secure-grip handles with finger guards for safety, they also come with sheaths for storage.

Although these knives are dishwasher safe, we recommend washing them by hand to prolong their lives.
