When it comes to cooking the Sunday roast, you want it to be as straightforward and stress-free as possible. That’s why Joseph Joseph’s Cut&Carve Chopping Board has a smooth surface on one side for chopping things like veg and bread, and a spiked surface on the other for carving the meat – the little spikes will help ‘anchor’ your meat while you carve.
The angled surface on both sides allows juices or crumbs to be neatly collected at one end of the board, before being poured away from the easy-pour corner. There’ll be no chance of the board sliding around while you cut thanks to the non-slip edges, and the easy-lift handles at either end mean you won’t be chasing the board around the countertop trying to pick it up.
