To prevent food sticking and damage to the non-stick you should start with a clean wok, raise the heat steadily (especially on induction where you shouldn’t be on a medium heat setting) and then keep the food moving while cooking. If food sticks, then simply cover the residue with cold water and bring it up to the boil and then carefully scrape the food with a non-abrasive scraper (a wooden spatula works well) before washing in warm soapy water and drying thoroughly. "Great wok" star star star star star This wok is easy to use albeit a bit heavy but it has an additional handle to help lift it. Cooks my food evenly and quickly, cleaning is quick as nothing sticks to it. Would highly recommend
