Large enough to serve four to six portions of authentic stir-fried food, this 35cm Non-Stick Wok from Ken Hom is the perfect pan for rustling up authentic Asian cuisine, time after time. And when we say non-stick, we mean non-stick – with three layers of non-stick coating, you’ll wonder why you ever needed so much oil.
Incredibly non-stick
There’s nothing worse than food getting stuck to the inside of the pan while you’re trying to make a delicious stir fry – aside from anything else, it’s a pain to scrape off afterwards, which isn’t great for the pan. With three coats of reinforced non-stick, you won’t need to add any extra oil to stop food sticking to the surface of this wok, making it really easy to cook with and easy to clean afterwards.
Heats up quickly
Made from carbon steel, it heats up quickly to reach the kind of high temperatures needed for high-speed wok cooking, and it keeps a consistent temperature throughout the cooking process to avoid burning or undercooking your food.
Flat base for balance
It has a flat base to keep it balanced while you cook, so you won’t need to have one hand fixed to the handle to avoid it falling over, and it can be used on all kinds of hobs, from gas and electric to induction and ceramic.
Helper handle
Perfectly weighted to make sure your wok won’t tilt or topple, it’s tightly secured to the main body to avoid it becoming loose or wobbly, and the additional helping handle on the opposite side makes the wok easy to lift away from the hob. And when it’s time to put it away, there’s a little hanging loop on the end of the handle for easy storage.

This wok is easy to use albeit a bit heavy but it has an additional handle to help lift it. Cooks my food evenly and quickly, cleaning is quick as nothing sticks to it. Would highly recommend
Does not resist heat well and nonstick coating starts peeling and burning off. After a couple of uses this is not usable anymore.
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear of the experience you’ve had with the wok. To prevent food sticking and damage to the non-stick you should start with a clean wok, raise the heat steadily (especially on induction where you shouldn’t be on a medium heat setting) and then keep the food moving while cooking. If food sticks, then simply cover the residue with cold water and bring it up to the boil and then carefully scrape the food with a non-abrasive scraper (a wooden spatula works well) before washing in warm soapy water and drying thoroughly.
