Kind to knives
Made from hard-wearing wood fibre, it has a non-porous surface to give it the resilience of a solid wooden chopping board. It also makes it waterproof and easy to clean – simply pop it in the dishwasher when you’re done. It’s kinder to knives than plastic boards, so they’ll stay sharp for longer, and the durable surface means it won’t damage as quickly as a plastic board.
Non-slip
With non-stick silicone feet in the corners, there’s no chance of it slipping from underneath the knife as you’re doing your prep. The generous juice groove around the edge stops any juices running onto your surfaces, so you can forget about having to clean both your chopping board and your counter top every time you want to get your chop on.

I was so pleased with the first board that I bought that I promptly bought two more. This is my second purchase. It has the advantage of wood in being naturally antibacterial without the disadvantages of weight. It fits into my kitchen drawer and goes into the dishwasher. Of course, it shows deep knife cuts but without the hygienic risks of similar cuts in plastic boards. Excellent product.
I've been after a small chopping board for some time but most of them are too thick to fit in my dish drying rack. This one is perfect. Easy to clean, very practical, will get a lot of use.
