3 mincing discs
With a fine disc for mashing, a medium disc of mincing and a coarse disc for chunkier cuts, you can choose what kind of mince best suits your dish:
- Fine - ideal for mincing baby food, puréeing ingredients for pâtés and dips and making the fillings for smooth sausages.
- Medium – the suggested grade for mincing ingredients for burgers and sausage patties.
- Coarse – a chunkier cut for cooked and uncooked meats destined for pies and casseroles.
Easy to use
Before turning the machine on, attach your chosen mincer disc and put a bowl directly below where the mince is going to come out. Load the meat into the food tray and turn on the mincer, before using the meat pusher to help the meat into the wide chute and through the blades.
Reverse function
If you accidentally put too much meat into the mincing chamber at once and wind up with a blockage, worry not, as the handy reverse button on the side on the machine will reverse the action, moving the meat back in the other direction to clear the blockage.
Non-slip base
So it doesn’t slide around the worktop while you mince, it has 4 plastic little feet on its base to help it stay put at all times.
