High carbon, stainless steel blades

The high-carbon, stainless-steel blades are individually heat-treated and tempered, and then precision-ground and hand-honed, making them incredibly strong, sharp and durable. They’re easy to sharpen and will stay sharp for longer too, so you won’t have to do it so often.

Comfortable grip

The handles have been shaped with comfort in mind – they’re gently curved to make them fit nicely in your hand, making it far less likely they’ll slip out, and they make for more comfortable chopping too.

Proudly Sheffield-based since their founder, John Taylor, set up the business in 1820, Taylor’s were granted their ‘eye witness’ trademark in 1838. John passed the company on to his daughter and her husband, and the company has gone from strength to strength, designing and making high quality knives in their Grade II listed Eye Witness Works for more than 150 years.
