Healthy non-stick coating

That gorgeous glossy black interior doesn’t just look the part, it works incredibly hard as well, and is free from any chemical nasties. The Barcelona pans boast GreenPan’s most advanced non-stick coating – Thermolon Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick, to be precise – which is extremely durable, completely PFSA-free and doesn’t contain harmful toxins. It’s all part of GreenPan’s mission to create pans that deliver years of healthy home cooking.

Balance Pro base technology

Even on some of the best pans, there can be a slight bowing on the base that you can’t see until you put oil in the pan and it all runs to one side – which is really annoying. Balance Pro technology means these extra-thick bases will always stay perfectly flat, and your oil exactly where you want it. Plus, a heavy-gauge construction combined with the patented Magneto induction base ensures super-efficient performance on any hob, so your frying pan will heat up quickly and cook evenly for consistent results.

Professional design and performance

GreenPan’s Barcelona range has been designed to catering-quality standards, and can handle everything your kitchen can throw at it. At 5mm thick for optimal heat distribution – and 4 times stronger than stainless steel – these hard anodised pans have reinforced rims and sturdy, riveted stainless steel handles, yet aren’t as arm-achingly heavy as cast iron. So you can expect a professional cooking experience and results to match.

Durable and metal utensil safe

A brilliantly clever triple layer system keeps the interior of these pans in tip-top condition, no matter what your utensils are made of. First, there’s the coating of Thermolon Infinity ceramic non-stick; next, a layer of diamond crystals – literally rock hard protection for the surface of the pan; and finally, a patented reinforcing Scratch Guard layer.

And to make sure the outside is as tough as the inside, it’s made from hard anodised ceramic to shrug off scratches and stay looking smart on your hob.

Fry with less fat

Because the eco-friendly Thermolon Infinity non-stick is so silky smooth, you’ll need less oil or butter when you’re cooking, and there’s no need for scrubbing afterwards. Good news for your waistline and whoever’s washing up.

Oven and dishwasher safe
