Bought this product to replace my original microplane grater. Very disappointed with it. The blade bends while in use and it’s very easy to cut yourself on it. Wish I had bought the original grater.
We're sorry you found this difficult to use. There is some flex in the blade but it doesn’t affect the output.
Very disappointed with this version. It doesn't zest citrus fruits at all well and the metal grating surface bends slightly when grating with it. It's not as robust as the original and I now wish I hadn't thrown my original one away.
