Traditionally dry roasted and hand-blended to a traditional Chinese recipe. Including flavours of star anise, Sichuan pepper, fennel, cassia and cloves, this spice works brilliantly in stir-fries and marinades and for seasoning poultry and meat dishes.

Freeze-Dried Lemongrass Stalks

Capture the authentic taste of Thai cuisine with these lemongrass stalks. Using only the finest lemongrass, crush before use to release the strong citrus flavour. Perfect for chicken and seafood recipes, you can use them in a range of Southeast Asian soups, stews and curries.

Shrimp Paste

Shrimp paste adds essential flavour to a variety of Thai and Asian dishes, and pairs deliciously with seafood and fish. Consider yourself warned though – this paste is as pungent as it is flavoursome so use sparingly.
