We’re all familiar with the tedious job of scrubbing the stuck-on bits at the bottom a dish when you’ve served up a lasagne or gratin. Well, you can say goodbye to that job if you use this borosilicate glass dish to cook in. Coated with a layer of xylan non-stick, your food will slide onto your plate with ease – and even better, the dish will only need a wipe to get it clean. Result.
Safe to go in the oven (it has integral handles for easy lifting) up to an impressive 240°C, it’s also fridge and microwave safe so you can cook, store and reheat all in the same dish. And you ‘ll need hardly any oil either thanks to the impressive non-stick. What will you make first?

I hate scrubbing pans after a roast and will never have to do so again! This dish is as amazing as the description, the food slides onto your plate with ease and the dish simply wipes clean. Thank you, Lakeland for sourcing this wonderful timesaving dish
Bought both sizes and am delighted. Lovely dishes to cook in and so easy to clean. Just have to remember that they are made of glass. I wish Lakeland had stocked the even larger dish made in this range.

This dish works well at all temperatures, I cooked toad in the hole with no fat and it still slid out perfectly. Have used it countless times for crumbles etc. Washing up is so easy as it's like new everytime. I think if it wasn't for the weight I would forget it is made of glass, I am a little scared of dropping it I must admit but the ease of use makes it an everyday item in my kitchen.
I bought two of these at the end of February and after light use and being treated very gently (used between 5 and 10 times) the non-stick coating has started to scratch off. They haven't been through a dishwasher and have been well treated. An expensive experiment with Lakeland.
