"Misleading"
First off, this is a nice book with clear instructions, helpful pictures and recipes that normal people might actually use on a regular basis. Some ingredients that might be hard to come by in the UK (the writer is American). However the book is miss-selling itself. It's not an instant pot cook book. It's a pressure cooking cook book that happens to be done in an instant pot. Every recipe uses either high or low pressure cooking with an occasional sauté. It's a multi cooker. A cook book that only uses two of the options seems a bit of a waste.
