About Lakeland Hammered Knife Range

Super-sharp blades

Crafted from German stainless steel with a super-sharp, taper-ground edge, each blade has been hammered to create a dimpled effect that not only looks lovely, but helps prevent food sticking to the blade too.

Ash wood handles

Made from carbonised ash wood, the handles really are a thing of beauty. And as the materials are natural, each handle will vary slightly in colour and grain, making each knife a one of a kind.

Not just easy on the eye, the handle is triple riveted for strength and ergonomically shaped for a comfortable grip while you chop, while the full-tang blade running right through the length of the handle provides superior balance.
