Yes they are a bit more expensive than others but I must say the quality is exceptional. Follow the guidelines supplied, don’t overheat the pan dry and look after it in the cupboards. Great to see the eco friendly aspect to this as well, something I look at now as a must when purchasing products.
"Induction hob problem." star star star_border star_border star_border I so wanted this pan for stir fries, but sadly I have to return it. I have tried this pan on 4 different induction hobs and it only works on 2 of them. It did not work on mine. I did the magnet test ( if the bottom is magnetic it should work on an induction hob) and it is magnetic, but for some reason I cannot get my induction hob to heat up when the pan is on. I took it to a kitchen showroom, it worked on their hob, but not on mine or a friend’s. I had an online chat with Tom and in the end we both decided I would need to return it. "Best pan ever" star star star star star I bought this pan about 2 months ago and I can genuinely say it’s the best wok I’ve ever had. Heat distribution is great. Cleaning it is so easy, it still looks brand new even though I use it daily.
"Great Stir Fry Pan" star star star star star_border Bought this pan a few weeks ago and am highly delighted, Really is non stick, only needs a wipe. Bit expensive - bought with a money off voucher, but will save up to more pans from this range. My only teeny criticism is that it slips a bit on the cast iron grids of my gas hob. but otherwise highly delighted.
"Nice pan but ... no oil ?" star star star star star_border This pan is a good size, easy to clean and a delight to use. My only issue is that on reading the care instructions it appears that using hot oil in the pan isn’t recommended as it spoils the coating. A stir fry pan that is ruined by hot cooking oil?
