With a smart riveted handle, the Wusthof Crafter Knife Sharpener is an easy-peasy way to keep your favourite Asian-style, or Japanese-bladed knives in tip-top condition. And the raised handle and non-slip base makes it comfortable to use.

Two-stage sharpening

- Ceramic rods for fine sharpening: perfect for honing knives that are already pretty sharp and in good condition. If you use this section regularly, you may never need to use the coarse section.

- Diamond-coated rods for coarse sharpening: if a knife has really lost it’s ‘bite’, run it through this set of coarse rods to put everything to rights, then run it through the finer ceramic rods to ‘finish’ the edge.

Please note: Wusthof recommend that the coarse section should not be used more than twice a year.
