Riveted oak handles

Created with care and attention to detail, the ergonomic handles are made from pieces of water-resistant, smoked oak, attached to the full tang with three brass rivets.

Hand-finished

Once each knife in this range has been assembled, it’s checked and hand-buffed by expert cutlers, and, finally, to prove it meets their exacting standards, each handle is branded with the Wusthof trident mark as a mark of authenticity.
