Whether they’re turning over rashers of bacon or serving up salad, our My Kitchen Silicone Mini Tongs can’t help but brighten up your prep. Made from robust stainless steel with non-stick friendly silicone tips in one of four kitchen-cheering colours – blue, green, red or yellow – they’re hard-wearing, safe to use with all your pots and pans, and also feature a simple sliding lock to stop them springing open as soon as you put them away in a drawer.

The silicone tips are stain-resistant and heat-resistant up to 230°C, making them ideal for a host of prep tasks, and they’re dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

"Happy Customer"

Despite the negative reviews for this item I decided to buy a pair of these about a month ago. I have used them a number of times and have found them ideal for use with the grill pan and shallow frying pan. The silicone tips do come off but this makes them easier to clean and then you slide them back on. Unless you buy a utensil completely encased in silicone, food particles do get under the silicone parts. Time will tell regarding the spring but should it break Lakeland offers a three year guarantee. I'm happy.

"Handy little tongs."

These are really useful for handling smaller, lighter weight items. But no good on heavier, bulkier things.

"Little disappointed"

Seem well made and a nice size. Unfortunately, you cannot use to pick up certain items that have been cooked in fat as the tips are flexible and do not grip.

"mini tongs"

Very happy with mini tongs, used them for picking up roast potaoes sausages etc. but they suddenly fell apart and there is no way to mend them

"TIPS COME OFF"

I found out that the items in fat can slip off. Also i wash the tongs by hand and take the silicone tips off to let them dry.
