Easy to fill and adjust grind

This mill is super-simple to refill. Just unscrew the knob and remove the top, pour in your salt crystals, then replace the top and screw the knob back in place. You also use the knob to adjust the grind setting from fine to coarse: tighten or loosen to select exactly the right grade to season any dish perfectly.
