Nobody’s a fan of soggy salad or watery pasta, but if you strain things through our Large Stainless Steel Colander before serving them up, it’ll help you get rid of every last drop of water.
With plenty of holes towards the base and no seams where water can collect, it’ll strain everything from pasta to boiled veg and salad leaves, and is great for rinsing fresh-picked fruit and berries too.
Made from sturdy stainless steel, it has two large, silicone-coated handles to help you get a firm grip, and three silicone-coated feet to stop it slipping around on your countertop or sink, and prevent any scratches.

I am very happy overall with this, it's easy to clean even after something starchy like pasta. The only niggle is that the rubber band at the bottom which makes it non-slip keeps coming off, and I'm afraid it will eventually get lost as other household members don't recognise what it is! I
If you need a large colander, then this one is perfect. It feels sturdy to use and the silicone base and handles make it even more sturdy. It's ideal for straining large amounts of food which easily drains away. A great quality product that I'm sure will last for many years.
This colander looks good, it feels good but unfortunately the holes in the bottom are smaller than the holes round the side thereby not allowing all the water to drain away; which is the principle function of a colander. It is therefore useless.
