Made from durable, dishwasher safe stainless steel, its fine-gauge mesh gets rid of any floury, sugary, cocoa powdery lumps when you’re baking, and the small size gives you greater control when you’re decorating or dusting cakes and drinks. Plus there’s a loop opposite the handle so you can rest it easily on top of your mixing bowl, without any danger of it falling into your mixture.

Slightly disappointed with this. The mesh part of the sieve is only 11cm in diameter; the rest of the 14cm diameter is the wide stainless steel frame. I would have liked a 14 cm mesh sieve, which is what I expected .
