Made from lightweight yet durable forged aluminium with bonded stainless steel bases for superb and even heat distribution, you can use this pan on any hob, including induction, and two layers of non-stick makes for easy food release.
Comfy soft-touch handle
The soft-touch, stay-cool Bakelite handle means it’s easy to pick this pan up to move it from the hob to the oven or to the table for serving.
About the Lakeland Forged Aluminium pan range
Made from lightweight, durable aluminium for ease of use and excellent heat distribution, this everyday pan range features a hard-wearing double layer of non-stick on the interiors so you’ll hardly need to use any oil during cooking. The ‘speckled’ effect sets them apart from lots of other pan ranges, comfy soft-touch, stay-cool handles make them a doddle to lift and move around, they can be used on any hob, including induction, and they can go in the oven up to 170°C. Every piece in the range is dishwasher safe for easy clean-up, but we recommend you wash them by hand to prolong the lifespan of the non-stick.

I bought both this size and the larger one 6 months ago and they are the best frying pans I have ever had. I do not usually post reviews and I am often cynical of those that are very positive but these genuinely are excellent pans. They fry with minimal or even no oil and items which previously stuck to frying pans now never do. I am about to order the griddle pan as well.
a really nice frying pan, comfortable weight and a good solid bottom. I have so far failed to get anything to stick to it, despite frying potatoes with very little fat.
Excellent heavy frying pan, heats up quickly & retains an even temperature. Bottom hasn't warped like previous frying pans I have bought.
This is a fantastic frying pan and the quality is excellent.
There's no doubt this pan is brilliant but it is much heavier than I'd anticipated.
