It’s perfect for stir-fries too, because although it may look like it’s made from heavyweight cast iron, it’s actually made from lightweight cast aluminium so it’s much easier to shake your food around without spraining your wrist.

Fast-heating induction base

While the pan is made from high-quality cast aluminium that heats up quickly and evenly for fast and efficient cooking, the base is stainless steel, making this grill pan suitable for any style of hob, including induction.

Easy to clean

Thanks to the impressive double layer of non-stick, you’ll find cleaning the pan is easy – a quick hand wash will bring it up gleaming, but it can go in the dishwasher too.

About the Lakeland Cast Aluminium range
