As you can probably imagine, we test a lot of frying pans and it takes a lot to impress us. But this Prestige Thermo Smart Stir-Fry Pan stood out. And here’s why.

Green temperature indicator

If you want to make a sizzling stir-fry you need to get your pan hot, but it’s not always easy to tell when it’s hot enough. On the handle of this one is a heat indicator that turns green when it’s good to go so you’ll never have to guess again. And it has deep sides too – almost like a wok – so you can fry plenty of food at once and move it around without it managing to escape.

Diamond-hard non-stick surface

You’ll find this pan easy to handle as it’s made from durable yet lightweight aluminium, which also happens to conduct heat amazingly well. You can use it on any hob, including induction (we recommend you use our Induction Hob Protector though if you’re a bit of a pan shaker), and the super-strong diamond-infused surface is non-stick so you hardly need to use any oil, which makes for healthier frying.

You can finish off food in the oven too, as the handles are heat-resistant up to 180°C.

Easy to clean

Nobody likes washing-up, do they? Happily, you can put the Thermo Smart in your dishwasher for easy clean-up.
