Traditionally shaped, our Stainless Steel Balloon Whisk has the classic multi-wired design beloved by many cooks and bakers. Making light work of whisking air into eggs, meringues and whipped cream, it’s also great for creating aerated pancake batters, fluffy Yorkshire puddings and waffle mixtures as well as beating lumps out of sauces, and for making silky-smooth custard, mayonnaise and salad dressings.
Made from robust stainless steel, it’s lightweight, durable, easy to use and built to last.
Easy to clean
We’ve spaced the wires nice and evenly to make it easy to clean, and it’s dishwasher safe, but the super-easy way to get it clean is to whisk some water in the sink – or mixing bowl – as soon as your whisking tasks are done and before the mixture has a chance to set.

I've used it to make pancakes and it really helps keep the batter smooth. Would be great if you want to add air to a mixture. Handle is nice to hold and it is pretty lightweight
I thought I’d try this balloon whisk from Lakeland due the quality of their products as other stainless steel balloon whisks I’ve bought from the supermarket have come loose and gradually lose the parts making up the item so I’m left with only a couple of stainless steel pieces to the whisk, which is very frustrating how easily they break and have to be thrown away. But I’m very pleased with this one, the quality is good as you would expect, very sturdy and does the job.
