Microplane are quite rightly famous for the sharpness of their blades and graters and, over the years, they’ve had a lot of customers whose knuckles and fingertips have suffered as they found this out the hard way… So finally they’ve come up with a solution – the Cut Resistant Glove!
Ideal for anyone who loves the results of a super-sharp grater, but fears for the safety of their fingers, the fine knitted synthetic fibres of this ambidextrous glove are flexible enough to allow free movement while you’re grating and stretchy enough to fit most hands, and just adds that little bit of extra reassurance. So be safe and glove up!
It’s fully compliant with safety standards for contact with food, and machine washable.
Sold individually.
Please note: this glove should never be used with moving or serrated blades. Microplane recommend that you replace it if the material becomes frayed or damaged.
