• Paring knife – a multipurpose straight blade, ideal for slicing, chopping and peeling fruit and veg, and for trimming meat. With a 10cm blade and red handle.
• Serrated knife – the micro-serrated, scalloped blade makes this knife perfect for slicing through food that squashes easily, like tomatoes, kiwi fruit and hard-boiled eggs. With a 10cm blade and grey-brown handle.
