This compact marvel makes all those sauces and more, including Béarnaise and Dijon sauce, with just a few cranks of the handle.
Sauce in sixty seconds
Cleverly designed, with a separate little container built into the top for gradually adding oil or melted butter, simply add your ingredients to the larger container, replace the mixer top, add your oil to the smaller container then turn the handle while pressing down on the grey cover to slowly add your oil as everything mixes together perfectly.
Delicious flavours at your fingertips
