Makes thin sheets of veg

Super-simple to use
Try as you might, you’d never be able to create sheets like this using a knife – and you’ll be amazed at how easy it is once you have a go. Just trim the top and tail of your veg, pop it into the device, thread the skewer through, click the knob into the base then turn it to slice your fruit or veg; it’ll create a long, wide strip that you can cut to suit the dish you’re making.
The sharp stainless steel blade means that even hard veg is sliced easily, and the blade guard ensures it’s really safe to use.
Recipes included
As well as featuring really clear, simple-to-follow instructions, the included booklet has recipes for Potato Roses, Red Beets Carpaccio, Vegetable Gratin and Apple Tart, and there’s a QR code that can be scanned for even more recipes.
