We’re always on the hunt for the perfect garlic press and we’ve tried hundreds over the years. But we’ve got a real crush on this Fresh Force Garlic Press from Chef’n, which really impressed us with how easy it was to use and clean.

Dual-gear mechanism

Chef’n claim that the efficient dual-gear mechanism enables you to press 25% more garlic with less effort than conventional presses and, having tried it for ourselves, we’re inclined to agree.][The non-slip plastic handles mean you can get a good grip. Just pop a couple of peeled cloves in the chamber and press – you won’t need much effort to release all that lovely flavour and aroma into your cooking.

Easy to clean

The swing-out stainless steel plate makes it easy to get at all the bits left behind and give it a good clean when you’ve finished – it can go on the top rack of your dishwasher too.
