Effortlessly zests citrus fruits, leaves the pith behind

The five little stainless steel holes in the blade at the end are super-sharp, so you can strip off all the zest quickly and easily. They’ve also been designed to just remove the peel, not the pith, so you get the maximum orange, lemon, lime or grapefruit flavour and bright, colourful zest.

Make decorative strips for cocktail twists and topping cakes

As well as the zester at the top, there’s a channel or canelle knife on the side, which cuts fine strips of zest that are perfect for decorating the tops of cakes or adding to cocktails, mocktails, juice or water to add a citrus tang along with a burst of colour.
