Ultra-sharp stainless steel blades

The long rasp-style blade has hundreds of tiny, razor-sharp photo-etched blades that grate precisely without shredding or tearing, giving you incredibly fine citrus peels, lacy wisps of even the hardest Parmesan, and the finest gratings of ginger, garlic, spices, chocolate, truffles and nuts to top pasta, puddings and salads.

Eco-friendly bamboo fibre frame

Lightweight but strong, the bamboo frame provides extraordinary durability, so you can rely on it no matter what you’re preparing. Made from renewable, sustainable, organically grown Moso bamboo and polypropylene resin, it’s more environmentally friendly than plastic, being produced with a low carbon footprint, and is free from BPA, melamine, PVA and phthalates. It can even go in the dishwasher too – though the clog-resistant blades mean it’s easy to rinse clean under the tap.
